Century 73-82 GM 12si late model upgrade kit: The MechMan late model large case retrofit kit directly replaces all GM standard 10DN, 10SI, or 12SI alternators. Our unit is a direct bolt in for most 1965 through 1985 GM vehicles using the standard GM alternator. Our revolutionary unit utilizes 30 year newer technology to provide better cooling, better durability, and VASTLY improved output at idle. Our custom housing is machined to be very thin front to back, providing a large gap for airflow between the cylinder head and back of the alternator. We gaurantee, you will be impressed! High capacity custom recitifer with double the surface area of the stock unit
