Return policy regarding CDT Audio products:

All normally stocked CDT Audio products in unopened, original packaging are returnable freight prepaid within 10 days of receipt of the product. A restocking fee of 15-25% will apply and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact customer service for your return authorization number and return instructions. Items returned without a return authorization number will become property of Vertex Audio. Normally stocked products ship direct from Vertex Audio. Note that normally stocked items purchased on sale or clearance are not returnable. Special order items are not returnable. These items are either custom orders or products that ship direct from CDT Audio.

Return policy regarding Incriminator Audio products:

All Incriminator Audio products in unopened, original packaging are returnable freight prepaid for store credit within 10 days of receipt of the product. A restocking fee of 30% will apply and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact customer service for your return authorization number and return instructions. Items will not be accepted for credit without a return authorization number. If you have purchased a custom Incriminator Audio product and would like to cancel your order prior to it being built, a 5% fee will apply.

Many Incriminator Audio products are custom built to order and/or ship direct from the manufacturer.  Vertex Audio will make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your Incriminator Audio product, but we are NOT responsible for build/shipping delays incurred from the manufacturer, and orders may not be cancelled outright without penalty if a product is not built/shipped in the standard timeframe.  The listed return policy above applies (30% fee).  Resolution of build/shipping timeframe issues lies directly between the end customer (you) and Incriminator Audio.  (IE. If you request your order be cancelled, we will handle that with Incriminator Audio - however, if we incur a restocking fee because of your request, that fee will be passed on to the end customer.) Again though, we promise will make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your product. 

Return policy regarding Shok Industries, Dayton Audio, Zed Audio, and Precision Ports products:

All Shok Industries, Dayton Audio, Zed Audio and Precision Ports products are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Return policy regarding MechMan products:

All MechMan alternator kits are custom built to order, hence no refunds are given. New and unused batteries and accessories can be returned freight prepaid for a refund less a 30% restocking fee.

MechMan Alternator Warranty

MechMan alternator kits are guaranteed against manufacturer's defect for one full year from the date of purchase. Customers who wish to file a warranty claim should contact MechMan.com for an RMA number before sending the unit back for repair. The customer will cover shipping expenses to the repair facility, and MechMan will pay for shipping costs to return the repaired unit to the customer. If no damage is found, the customer will pay the return shipping costs.

All orders that concede in the continental US are subject to free shipping. All other international orders are not subject to free shipping. A customer representative will contact you if you place an international order.
